Youth Advisory Council Application

What ECHO Needs:

We need teen voices to help us be effective as we work to reach students with uplifting, positive, useful social media content about healthy relationships and setting goals for the future.

As a member of the Youth Advisory Council, you’ll advise, review, and make recommendations for the ECHO Campaign social media presence.

Who Else Is On the Team:

Students age 14-20 from south-central Pennsylvania (PYI network area).

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Attend YAC meetings regularly. If unable to attend, to contact the advisor as to the reason for the absence within two days of the meeting date. Make-up activities may be required.
• Follow “best practice” standards (to be provided at orientation meeting).
• Represent the Penn’s Youth Initiative in a mature and responsible manner at all YAC functions.
